The Florida forests are generally by passed by visitors so anxious to instead reach the white sand beaches, the mysterious Everglades or the legendary Land of Mickey and, thus a great deal of beauty is missed.

  1. Nature is beautiful everywhere. I lived for more than half of my life in a big city, manmade, artificial, angular and cut off from nature. It seems this either makes one insensitive or very sensitive to the natural world. It seems to have given me a compulsion to capture the beauty I see to show it to others, just in case they missed it. If you don’t have a garden of your own perhaps an image is the next best thing.
I am so pleased you enjoyed these. Thanks for stopping by.
